  • Dr. Morse completed her psychiatric residency in 2004 at Columbia University Hospitals (St. Lukes-Roosevelt) which are now part of the Mount Sinai Health system. 
  • She believes in the  Health At Every Size , HAES, model when providing health care.
  • She is an Ingersoll registered provider and is greatly gratified by providing gender affirming care including medical letters
  • She has taught clinicians about medication management strategies for treating OCD symptoms through the International OCD Foundation's Behavioral Therapy Training Institute. 
  • Dr. Morse retains a relationship with the University of Washington as an Affiliate Assistant Clinical Professor where she is involved in supervising and mentoring physicians-in-training.
  • She has extensive experience providing evidence-based cognitive and behavioral therapy and is IOCDF* trained in exposure and response prevention using evidence-based treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. She has further experience in multiple therapy modalities including Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic and Supportive Psychotherapies. 
  • She has been granted Sex Therapy Certification by the University of Michigan and is a member of AASECT^ and The Menopause Society. 
  • Dr. Morse is a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, 
  • She has spoken internationally about the importance of providing culturally conscious care.
  • Dr. Morse is a former stage performer and a proponent of using the arts to facilitate recovery. She has previously helped design and instruct an Improv for Anxiety program, combining therapy and improvisational experience for patients. She currently produces a storytelling event featuring the talented cast, Maybe, Maybe Not, comprised of storytellers who have personal experience with OCD. 
  • Dr. Morse has 400 hours of yoga teacher training and is a Yoga Alliance registered Kemetic, Vinyasa and Gentle yoga instructor who believes strongly that all bodies are yoga bodies! For more information about yoga classes and non-medical retreats click here!
